Ms. Ocqueteau is a nurse from the University of Chile with a master's degree in Business Management and Marketing from ESEM, Business School, Madrid Campus; a diploma in Corporate Governance from the School of Economics and Business, University of Chile; a diploma in Marketing from Adolfo Ibáñez University; and a diploma in Productivity and Quality from the Catholic University. She has been an advisor to Chile Mujeres since 2019 and was a member of the Advisory Council of the Ministry of Women and Gender Equality in 2021. She is currently the director of the Asia Pacific Chamber of Commerce, director of Enel, Fundación País Digital, Fundación Imagen Chile, UDD Ventures, general manager of Waygroup Chile, founding partner of Crosscheck, advisor to Genesis Latam Consulting, and consultant to Fundación Nacional ORP. Previously, she was also director of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs (ASECH) and has held senior positions within ACHS.

Mr. Guerrero Yamamoto is a lawyer from Universidad de Chile and MBL from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. He was a prosecutor and alternate director of Integramédica SA for more than 7 years and was a director of Oro Blanco S.A., Asfaltos Chilenos SA, Vantrust Capital, SMA Clinica Internacional and Fundación María Elena, among other institutions. He was chairman of the board of SQM between 2022 and 2025 and is currently vice-chairman of the board of SQM, chairman of the board of SQM Salar, director of Icare, CEO of Sonami, director of the Mining Council, elected director of Sofofa and member of the executive committee of Sofofa.

As part of the Corporate Governance Committee and also of the Security, Health and Environment Committee, he acts as an Independent Director under the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange. Mr Contesse is a lawyer who graduated from Pontificia, the Catholic University of Chile. From 2013 to 2015 he was a member of the Board of Directors of SQM SA. Since 2011 he has worked as a Senior Executive in Grupo Pampa where he is also Vice President of the Board of Directors. .

Hernan is a member of the Corporate Governance Committee. He is an Independent Director under the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange. Graduated as a Civil Engineer in the University of Chile, he was part of the SQM SA Board of Directors several years until April 2016 but then resumed his position in 2017. At present he is part of the Board of Directors of Quinenco SA and S.A.C.I Falabella, among others. He is as well the President of the Executive Board of the University of Development.

Mr. Ashley Luke Ozols holds a degree in commerce from the University of New South Wales Sydney and is also a CFA charter holder. Mr. Ozols is of Australian nationality and has extensive international business experience, specializing in providing strategic advice and financial solutions to clients in the U.S., Australia and Asia. He was, previously, a senior employee at Tianqi Lithium with a focus on corporate development and spent fifteen years in the banking investment market with Macquarie Group, Grant Samuel and CLSA.

Member of the Directors’ Committee. Mr. Gil Nievas is an independent director under the Chilean Corporations Law and under the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Gil Nievas holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from ICAI (Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Spain) and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (institution where he obtained his MBA) and Stanford University (institution where he completed the Standford Executive Program). He has more than 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, management, financial and investment positions at a global level, including Europe and Latin America. He is currently a strategic and financial advisor to several national and international companies. Previously, he was CEO at Moneda Asset Management, Vice President of ACAFI, Management Director, worldwide CFO and member of the global executive committees of several businesses at JPMorgan and was a strategic consultant for BCG in Spain.

Mr. Xu received a J.D. degree from the Universita degli studi di Roma Tor Vergata, Italy. He studied at the Centro di Studi Giuridici Latinoamericani of the Universita. He also holds a Certificate of Legal Qualifications from P.R. China. He is currently an Associate Professor at Sichuan University, China, specializing in Civil and Commercial Law.

Mr. de Bourguignon is an economist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile with an MBA from Harvard University. In the academic field, he has been a professor of Economics at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, while, in the business world, he is co-founder and currently Chairman of Asset Chile S.A., a corporate finance advisory firm, and of Asset AGF, an investment fund administration firm. He also serves as a director in various companies, including Vivo Spa, where he has been Chairman since August 2022, in Tánica S.A., since May 2017 and Embotelladora Andina since 2016. He was a director of SQM (2019 - April 2022), Empresas La Polar S.A. (2011-2015), Sal Lobos S.A (2006-2018) and Chairman of the Committee of Directors of Latam Airlines Group (2012-2019).
